Improvements made to our web-based support services
We've made some changes to our website to improve the information available to our current and future customers.
The most noticeable of these is a new Knowledgebase available in our support area. This Knowledgebase can be searched to find articles relevant to our products and the operation of this website. These articles supplement our regular product documentation, and will be created in response to technical support questions we receive, in this way forming solutions to common customer issues. Customers are able to add feedback to these articles, so enabling users to share specific examples from their environments.
Another change we've made in response to customer feedback, is to reduce the number of files shown in our downloads area. We now, by default, only show the latest released file versions, so as to avoid confusing customers as to which version to use. Of course older file versions are normally still available, for special circumstances. The following Knowledgebase articles may help customers find their downloads:
